The dreams of these young people didn't come from watching their favorite television show, or from playing a video game. They were created from coping with overwhelming hardship. Yet, despite the odds stacked against them, they maintain the positivity to be a doctor, a writer, a scientist and someone that will change the world.
100% of the donations provided to KEY go directly to the students. Because of this support Monti, Rebecca, Gershom and many more children will be able to attend a quality school and realize that their future can be so much more.
Key's Focus is to:
- Provide a foundation to improve the lives of schoolchildren and their communities by offering a quality education to students that have demonstrated determination and motivation
- Work with students to find quality, private schools for their unique interests
- Emphasis attending universities and additional institutions of higher learning
- Actively be involved with the students at all levels, from teacher conferences to attending athletics and music recitals
If Albert Einstein's principal hadn't discovered his talents in physics, or if Maya Angelou's teacher hadn't taught her to write, what would the world look like today? Someone believed in them, and it made all the difference. KEY believes in these students, and is excited to discover what talents they reveal.
